What to Expect

• Hands-On Indigo Dyeing: Participants will have the opportunity to create their own indigo-dyed fabrics using traditional techniques.

• All Materials Provided: All necessary materials for dyeing will be provided, including fabrics, gloves, and dyeing tools.

• Feel free to bring in your own natural fiber items. Bring in an old pair of pants or dress that needs a little pick me up or bring in items such as t-shirts, tea towels, pillowcases. Items DO NOT need to be white, they can be colored cloth or clothing, however they DO NEED to be natural fibers such as cotton, linen, hemp, bamboo, or silk.
